If you’re not happy with the quality, performance and/or appearance of your Cremo grooming product, we will replace the item with a similar one, or refund your purchase price. Just contact us within 45 days of delivery of your order and we’ll make it right!
Even when the item arrives as promised and without defect, we understand there are times when our customers wish to return an order for their own reasons. We accept returns within 45 days of delivery.
Ship the unopened item (or items) back to us at the following address. Please include the order number along with your name, address and contact telephone number.

Exchanges, Missing Products or Damaged Goods
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or on (800) 853-1762 if you receive a damaged or defective product (whether packaging problem or quality issue), or if you are missing an item from your order. We will replace the damaged item at our expense or correct the order by sending you any missing item. For replacements, order corrections or exchanges, we ask that you advise us of the order number, or submit a receipt of your purchase, whether digital image or paper print-out.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with our astonishingly superior products, contact us within 45 days of delivery of your purchase and we’ll refund your payment in full.
