Are your products paraben and phthalate free?
YES, our products are paraben and phthalate free! We are very particular about what our ingredients and do not use these. You can see the full formulation on every Cremo product on our website. In fact, we explain each ingredient in layman’s terms, so you know why it is there. To find that information please go to the Cremo Company website and click on the product you are curious about. Then press “more details,” which is right next to the “buy now” button, and you will se every ingredient listed with an explanation. Thanks!
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All Cremo products are vegan. That means that we use 100% plant based ingredients, including our stearic acid, which can be from plant or animal based sources. We use palm kernel oil to create our stearic acid. Thanks!
Can I use a brush and bowl with Cremo Shave Cream?
Absolutely! Although Cremo Shave Cream was designed to be brushless and applied with your fingers, you can use a brush and bowl. With your brush, simply mix together a small amount of Cremo Cream with water in a bowl or dish. You may have to experiment a bit with the ratio of water to Cremo Cream so that you get your own perfect lather.
Do I have to give all my private, personal information to enjoy your rebate offer?
No, we just need enough to mail you a check: your name, address and email address. Please allow know, we do not share or sell your personal information. We only contact you if you give us permission to do so.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! We test our products on ourselves and our friends :-). Further, we make sure that all our vendors from which we buy our ingredients are cruelty free and do not test on animals.

I see there is no SPF (Sun Protection) in your moisturizer? Why don't you make one?
We are currently developing an SPF version of our moisturizer. But it sounds easier than it is! Our goal is to provide the same performance, features and benefits of our current moisturizer but with an SPF. As you may have experienced, most products with SPF cause greasiness, whiteness or a burning sensation (especially when used on freshly shaven skin). But we are getting close to creating a side-effect-free SPF moisturizer that will astonish you and appreciate your patience.
Is Cremo Moisturizer safe to use on oily, combination or acne prone skin?
Our moisturizer is quite appropriate for your skin type. In fact, even though we did not specifically design the product for those with acne prone skin, we have received a number of positive emails from such customers. They especially like how the moisturizer is healing yet not greasy at all.
We would also encourage you to try our shave cream as well, if you havent already. As we have received positive feedback on that product as well from those that have or are prone to acne.
Is there fragrance in your products, if so how?
Whenever we can, we choose NOT to add fragrance to our products. The Face Wash and Face Moisturizer are fragrance-free, meaning we do not add anything whose purpose would be to provide a scent. However, the ingredients in all our unscented products will have a somewhat neutral, natural scent from the ingredients that are in them which obviously cannot be avoided. Our shave creams have added fragrance. Unfortunately, in their "natural" unscented form, our cream has a somewhat bitter fragrance that we felt you would not like. So we added just a touch of fragrance to correct this issue, and one that will wash off completely leaving behind no hint of it on your skin. See the products pages to read what scents we chose for our shave creams. We chose ones that were the most popular from over a hundred possibilities and hope you love them too.
What are the ingredients in your products and why are they in there?

What's the difference between Cremo Shave Cream and Lady Cremo Shave Cream?
The essential functionality of the products are both the same: astonishingly superior! The main difference is the scents. Our Cremo Cream's scent (in the red cap tube) is exotic Bergamot or Bitter Orange. Our Lady Cremo Cream's scent (in the pink cap tube) is a creamy, light, tropical coconut/pineapple.
Why can’t I find your products right near me?
If you could not find a store near you under our RETAILERS tab, know this: we would love to have Cremo Cream in your local drugstore or supermarket. However, getting on the shelf at Target, Safeway, etc. is quite difficult. We are actively seeking more distribution so if you know any buyers please email me! We would appreciate any help :-)
